摘要
目的:观察TCDCA对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞(NR8383)细胞钙调素(CaM)mRNA表达的影响,探讨TCDCA对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞的作用机制。方法:采用荧光定量PCR技术检测TCDCA对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞CaMmRNA表达的影响。结果:与空白对照组相比较,高剂量(1×10^(-4)mol/L)、中剂量(1×10^(-5)mol/L)及低剂量(1×10^(-6)mol/L)的TCDCA作用组均能够极显著(P<0.01)的促进大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞CaMmRNA的表达量。结论:TCDCA能够促进大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞CaMmRNA的表达。
Objective Thestudy was aimed to observe effect of taurochenodeoxy-cholic acid( TCDCA) on calmodulin( Ca M) expression and investigate the mechanism that the regulation of TCDCA on the rat alveolar macrophages NR8383. Method mRNA expression of Ca M was detected by real-time RT-PCR in rat alveolar macrophages NR8383. Result The resultsshow: Compared with the blank control,TCDCA( 1 × 10^(-4) mol / L,1 × 10^(-5)mol / L and 1 × 10^(-6)mol / L) markedly promoted the mRNA and protein expression levels of Ca M in rat alveolar macrophages NR8383. Conclusion The main conclusions of thisstudy are as follows: TCDCA can adjust the mRNA expression levels of Ca M in rat alveolar macrophages NR8383.
