摘要
通过DNA测序,分别对两个品种双峰驼MHC-II类基因DRB_3外显子2的基因序列进行分析。通过序列比对,发现阿拉善双峰驼有83个突变位点,79个多态位点,苏尼特双峰驼有47个突变位点和43个多态位点;两个品种双峰驼共检测到DRB_3 exon2的等位基因34种,等位基因的分布具有品种特异性,各等位基因之间存在大量的多态位点。在氨基酸序列中,阿拉善双峰驼共检测到44个变异位点,苏尼特双峰驼检测到25个变异位点;在阿拉善双峰驼氨基酸序列中有11个抗原结合位点,苏尼特双峰驼氨基酸序列中有9个抗原结合位点。
Sequencing and Analysis of sequences MHC-DRB_3 exon2 Gene of two Bactrian Camel breeds respectively. By sequence alignment,83 mutations sites and 79 polymorphic sites were found in Alax Bactrian Camel,47 mutations sites and 43 polymorphic sites were found in Sunit Bactrian Camel; A total of 34 DRB_3 exon2 alleles were found.
