摘要
八宝景天是景天科景天属多年生肉质草本植物景天。以八宝景天为研究对象,构建八宝景天的再生体系。实验结果如下:以八宝景天的叶片为外植体;加入抗坏血酸的最佳浓度为100mg/L;诱导愈伤组织培养基的最佳PGR浓度配比为6-BA(1.0mg/L)+NAA(1.0mg/L)+2,4-D(2.0mg/L),诱导芽培养基的最佳PGR浓度配比为6-BA(3.0mg/L)+NAA(0.1mg/L);八宝景天的无根苗的生根培养基为1/2MS培养基+蔗糖(30g/L)+6-BA(0mg/L)+NAA(0.1mg/L)。
Sedum Spectabile Boreau is a member of Sedum in Crassulaceae and belongs to vivacious herb. This experiment chosen Sedum Spectabile Boreau as object in order to build a regeneration system. The result was as follows: the optimal explant was lamina;the optimal concentration of ascorbic acid was 100 mg / L; callus was efficiently induced with the optimum PGR which was 6-BA( 1.0mg / L) + NAA( 1. 0mg / L) + 2,4-D( 2. 0mg / L); the bud induction medium was PGR with 6-BA( 3. 0mg / L) + NAA( 0. 1 mg /L); the medium was 1 /2MS medium and PGR with sucrose( 30 g / L) + 6-BA( 0mg / L) + NAA( 0. 1mg / L).
