摘要
大功率风电齿轮增速箱行星架与行星轮轴多采用大过盈配合,目前采用温差法过盈装配行星架与行星轮轴存在较大的位置度偏差,从而影响齿轮箱的可靠性与寿命。本文提出加装配热块与轴向约束定位的方案以解决该问题,利用多物理场耦合软件COMSOL Multiphysics分别对设计方案进行模拟仿真。仿真结果表明:加装配热块可以缓解太阳轮边缘热应力集中的问题,但对行星轮轴变形的影响较小;轴向约束定位可以对变形起到很好的抑制作用,但会加剧局部应力集中;加装配热块与轴向约束定位配合使用可以起到较好的效果,能有效解决装配垂直度与位置度的问题。
Aim at the method of difference temperature assembles the planet carrier and the planet pin which exit position deviation's question,we proposed a program that is adding thermal compensation block and axial constraint positioning,useing multi-physical field coupling software COMSOL Multiphysics to carry on the analog simulation separately to these kinds of plans. The simulation result indicated: adding the thermal compensation block can be possible to ease the edge of sun gear thermal load centralized question,but little effect on the deformation of the planet pin; The Axial restraint positioning can play good inhibitory effect on the deformation,but it will increase the local stress concentration,Then affecting the overall life of the gearbox.
