摘要
云南永昌硅业股份有限公司每年约产出4万t微硅粉,由于微硅粉的滞销,既造成严重的环境污染,也浪费宝贵的资源。为综合回收利用微硅粉,变废为宝,拟采用微硅粉碱性焙烧-水浸出-冷却结晶-烘干的工艺生产高附加值产品五水偏硅酸钠,整个工艺可行,产品质量达到标准要求,硅的回收率可以达到67%以上。
Yunnan Yongchang Silicon Industry Co., Ltd produced about 40000 tons micro - silica powder per year, which caused severely environmental pollution and waste of resources as un- marketable. In order to comprehensive use of micro - silica powder, the company used micro - silica powder roasting with alkaline clinker - water leaching - cooling crystallization - drying technology to produce high value -added sodium metasilicate pentabydrate. The result showed that technology was feasible, the quality of products was up to standard and the total recovery of silicon was above 67%.
