循环流化床锅炉达标达产技术改造

Compliance and Capacity Technical Reformation for Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

中盐湖南株州化工集团有限公司75 t/h循环流化床锅炉自从竣工投产后,热效率一直较低,且装置一直不能达标达产,通过对锅炉进行热效率查定,找到了锅炉热效率低下和装置不能达标达产的原因,并针对所发现的问题制定对应的技术改造方案。改造完后,进行达标达产验收连续测试,取得了较满意的效果。

Since the 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler was completed and has been put into use in Hunan ZhuZhou Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., the thermal efficiency has been low and can＇t reach design capacity always. Through checking boiler thermal efficiency, the cause is found that the boiler thermal efficiency is low and cant reach design capacity, which was made the technical retrofit scheme. After the completion of technical transformation, continuous test achieved satisfied results.
