摘要
目的加强食用盐市场管理,防止食物中毒事件发生。方法采用卫计委统一指定的《食物中毒事故个案调查登记表》对中毒者进行流行病学个案调查和现场卫生学调查,对调查结果进行描述性分析。结果使用袋装食盐中毒者经及时救治均恢复健康。结论所用食盐中亚硝酸盐含量超标引起食物中毒。
Objective To strengthen the salt market management, to prevent food poisoning events. Methods Unite method the health development planning commission designated"food poisoning accident case study registration form"for poisoning epidemiological case investigation and on-site hygiene investigation, descriptive analysis on the results of the survey. Results Using the bags of salt poisoning after the prompt treatment are restored to health. Conclusion The salt content of nitrite overweight cause food poisoning.
