根管治疗失败的原因及临床分析

Clinical analysis and failure factors in root canal therapy

目的探讨根管治疗失败的原因。方法选取我院2013年7月~2014年8月根管治疗失败的76例病例,94颗牙患者的临床资料进行回顾分析失败的原因。结果 94颗牙根管治疗失败的患牙,根管欠充填46颗牙占47.9%,超充填23颗牙占23.9%,根管遗漏10颗牙占13.7%。结论因牙预备和充填不当,根管遗漏等造成根管清理不彻底,封闭不严密,使根管系统再次感染,是根管治疗失败的主要原因。

Objective To analyze the failure factors of the root canal therapy（RCT）. Methods 76 root canal treatment failure case, accepted treatment in our hospital in July 2013-2014 August, which contained 94 teeth. Their clinical data were used for retrospectively analyzing the reasons of the failure. Results In 94 teeth with root canal treatment failure,under-filling accounted for 47.9%（46teeth）, super-filling accounted for 23.9%（23 teeth）, root canal missing accounted for13.7%（10 teeth）. Conclusions The main reason for the failure of root canal treatment was not completely cleared and not closed tightly,which caused re-infection of the root canal system.Finally, all of that was caused by improper preparation and filling, root canal omissing.
