摘要
使用ANSYS软件,对电热膜辐射采暖地板层的温度分布进行计算。通过对比发泡混凝土、挤塑板、珍珠岩和石棉4种保温材料,分析其温度分布图,得出节能保温材料是发泡混凝土。计算其相应的保温层厚度,得出厚度宜为3-4cm,为电热膜辐射采暖优化设计及保温层的选择提供参考,为进一步提高电热膜利用效率和改进节能措施提供依据。
Calculates the electrothermal film radiation heating floor's temperature distribution based on ANSYS,Through the comparison of foamed concrete、plastic extruded board、perlite and asbestos,analyses the temperature distribution,obtains the conclusion that the energy- saving insulation materials is foamed concrete,calculates the corresponding thermal insulation layer thickness,obtains the conclusion that the insulation layer thickness is 3 - 4cm,provides a reference for the electric heating membrane radiation heating's optimization design and the choice of insulation layer. Provides a basis for further increase efficiency and electric film energy- saving measures.
