摘要
十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)废水具有环境危害性高、难降解的特点。本文以SDBS废水为处理对象,分别考察了不同反应时间、p H值、H2O2投加量及Fe SO4投加量对UV/Fenton工艺去除SDBS废水中COD效能的影响。结果表明,各影响因素对UV/Fenton工艺处理效能的影响较大,各影响因素的最佳工况点分别为:反应时间150min、p H值3、H2O2投加量25ml/L、Fe SO4投加量1.5mg/L,对应的COD去除率分别为84.80%、84.89%、85.49%、83.78%。试验结果可以指导生产实践,为SDBS废水的资源化、无毒化处理提供技术支撑。
In this study,the SDBS waste water with characters of harmful to the environment and difficult to degradation was investigated. We studied the effects of reaction time,pH value,H2O2 dosage,and Fe SO4 dosage on the COD treatment efficiency of UV /Fenton process. The results showed that the various influence factors could enormous effect the treatment efficiency. Moreover,the optimal reaction time,pH value,H2O2 dosage,and FeSO4 dosage were 150 min,3,25 ml / L and1. 5mg / L,with the COD removal of84. 80% 、84. 89% 、85. 49% 、83. 78%,respectively. The research results provided a guideline for production practice,and a technical support for the recycling and detoxifying treatment of SDS wastewater.
