科技创新中的金融支持实证研究

Empirical Study of Financial Support in the Innovation of Science and Technology

从总量和结构数据入手实证分析了金融发展对科技创新的影响。结果表明,金融发展对科技进步有正向促进作用,但是金融系统中银行信贷的扩张对科技创新存在抑制作用,而风险投资和股票市场则有利于科技创新。应增强我国科技创新中金融支持,在不断完善银行信贷支持体系的同时,继续发挥风险投资的推动作用,并进一步促进股市发展规模的扩大。

It is indicated in the empirical analysis,by use of the total amount and structural data,of the influence made by financial development on the innovation of science and technology that this development is the positive promotion to that innovation and the bank credit expansion in the financial system is restrictive to that innovation while the venture investment and stock market are both helpful to that innovation.And it is necessary to enhance the financial support in that innovation and continuously make full use of the venture investment for the promotion to stock market development especially in the gradual improvement on the bank credit support system.
