马鞍山市城乡社会养老保险发展中应着力解决制度"碎片化"、经办体制和信息系统建设问题,逐步建立起制度统一、管理科学、资源共享、城乡一体化的社会养老保障体系。

It is necessary to solve,in the development of urban and rural social pension insurance in the City of Maanshan,such issues as the fragmentation in rules and regulations,management method and information system in order to establish gradually a social pension insurance safeguard system that is involved in unified institutions,scientific management,resource sharing,and urban and rural integration.
