摘要 胞外信号调控激酶(extracellular signal-regulated kinase,ERK)信号通路对神经细胞的生长、增殖、分化和存活起关键调节作用,并且对脑内突触可塑性和学习记忆有重要影响,因此ERK信号通路逐渐成为抗抑郁机制的研究热点。该文综述了近年来ERK信号通路在抑郁症发生和治疗方面的作用和机制,供同行参考。 The extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK) signal pathway plays a key role in the growth,proliferation,differentiation and survival of neurons and has important effects on synaptic plasticity and learning and memory in the brain. Therefore,ERK signaling pathway has become a hot research topic in the research of anti-depression mechanism. This paper reviews the role and mechanism of ERK signaling pathway in the pathogenesis and treatment of depression in recent years.
