运用科学的职业能力分析方法是职业院校进行职业专业设置、专业建设、课程开发及课程实施的基础和关键。本文运用“二维四步五解”职业能力分析法确定了外贸跟单员和业务员的职业发展路径，并针对路径中各级岗位分析了其对应的工作项目、项目评定等级、工作任务及职业能力点。

Scientific professional ability analysis method is the basis and a key step for vocational colleges to set up specialty establishment, specialty construction, curriculum development and implementation. This paper, by using professional ability analysis method, analyzes the merchandiser and the clerks ＂career development path in foreign trade, and then discusses the corresponding projects, project rating, tasks and professional ability points at all levels of the positions.
