论“现代职业人”的理念及其依据

On the Concept and Basis of Modern Occupational People

现代职业人首先是一种客观的现象，反映了现代人的职业行为和过程，其次，它更是一种理念，反映现代职业的需要及人的需要。现代职业人的理念，是对现代职业及职业人发展规律的总结，以现代职业四大基本特征即职业实质、职业过程、职业主体和职业规则为依据。理念与依据之间的客观联系，使现代职业人研究具有深厚的客观基础和现实针对性。

Being modern occupational people is an objective phenomenon reflecting the modem occupational behav- iors and processes. On the other hand, it is an idea reflecting the modern career needs and human needs. Modem occupational philosophy, a summary of modern occupational people and modem career development rules, is based on the four basic characteristics of modern career： career essence, career process, occupational bodies and occupa- tional rules. The objective connection between philosophy and the basis provides the study of modem occupational people with strong objective basis and clear aim.
