摘要
针对季节性商品的显著特征,在市场需求随机性的假设前提下,以回购和收益共享两种典型策略的决策过程为脉络,以供应链系统的利润最大化为目标,以节点企业的帕累托优化为原则,分别探讨了在季节性供应链环境中,两种合作策略的有效性,并分析了各节点企业的最优决策选择,构造算例验证了模型的有效性。结论表明,在批发价与订货点相关的限制条件下,合作策略能够有效地实现供应链的渠道协调。
Given the characteristics of seasonal products, assuming the market demand is random,focusing on the deciding process of cooperation strategies especially the buy back and revenue sharing, aiming at optimal decisions of the supply chain and subject to the Patio optimizing of members profit, the validities of two characteristic cooperation strategies and the final decisions of nodal enterprises were analyzed respectively. What more, through numerical examples, the validity of the model was confirmed. In conclusion, when the wholesale price is related to order time, supply chain channel coordination can be attained effectively.
