摘要
针对并行活动中并行时间和返工作业相互牵制的问题,分析了成对工作并行、多紧前工作并行、多工作同时并行模式下的返工机制,揭示了返工量与各影响因素之间的关系,给出了返工量的计算公式,构建了并行工作模式下全过程设计的工期算法。以最小化设计周期为优化目标,设计了矩阵编码的遗传算法,求解各工作间并行度。最后,以一般商业办公楼的设计过程为例,验证了算法的可操作性和实用性。
Considering the interaction between overlapping and rework,the mechanisms of design activity overlapping under different circumstances were analyzed,the relationship between rework and impact factors was revealed,the equitation was given,and a method to calculate the period of design process was proposed.With attempt to minimize the design duration,genetic algorithm was applied to find the optimum overlapping rate,which was further verified by an example of the design process of general commercial building.
