建设项目价值最大化和分配合理化模型与方法——基于全体利益相关者视角的分析 被引量:7

Models and Methods of Maximizing and Distributing Rationally the Value of Construction Projects:in the Perspective of All Stakeholders

摘要 基于价值链理论,从全体利益相关者视角对建设项目价值链模型与方法进行研究,提出了建设项目价值最大化集成模型与价值分配合理化模型,并提出了实现建设项目价值最大化的方法,以及在实现价值最大化过程中进一步实现项目价值传递与价值分配合理化的方法,最后通过一个算例对模型与方法进行解释。 Based on the value chain theory,the value chain models and methods of construction projects were researched in the perspective of all stakeholders.A value maximized integrated model and a value distributed rationally model of construction projects were proposed. The methods of maximizing the value of construction project and the methods of delivering the project value and distributing the value rationally in the process of value maximizing were proposed.An example was given to explain the models and methods.
