摘要
文章就调控值班人员在基于设备检修时期的电网运行风险评估方法进行分析,在考虑电网运行过程中存在的不确定因素,利用线路过载、变压器过载等五项参数指标对电网运行风险水平进行了全面描述。
The regulation staff on duty in the maintenance period of power system operation risk assessment method based on the analysis,considering the uncertain factors existing in the operation of the electric network, the overload of transmission lines, transformer overload five parameters of power grid operation and risk level of comprehensive description.
