摘要
以宣传康巴特色美食为出发点,针对康定、九龙县城餐饮店铺名的英译中存在的十大问题,以规范英译名的书写格式、统一同一美食英译名、规范地方特色美食为指导,实地调查,具体了解餐饮店铺名的主打食物和实质内容,基于康巴藏区历史文化进行英译。英译中要了解藏语发音,灵活采用音译、转译和意译,译名力求简洁、形象贴切。
For pormoting Kham- pa special foods,targeting at ten problems in C- E translations of the restaurant names in Kangding city and Jiulong county,this study does the field research to know the main food and exact content of the food to standardize the writing format,make the C- E translation of the same food consistent,work out C- E translation principles of the local special foods. C- E translation based on Kham-pa Tibetan history and culture is proposed. Knowing the Tibetan pronunciation and adopting the method of translation,transliteration and free translation can make the translation concise and vivid.
