摘要
高职新任教师在高职师资队伍中的比重逐年增大,他们在初职期的教师专业发展过程中存在教学工作、角色转变、教育教学研究、入职培训和专业发展理解与规划方面的困惑。调查分析表明,高职新任教师困惑的原因有三个方面,一是制度政策导向因素;二是学校管理因素;三是教师个人因素。
The proportion of new teachers in Higher Vocational College increase bigger and bigger. New teachers in the process of teacher professional development exist confused of the teaching job, the role change, the pedagogical research, the orientation program and the understanding and planning of teacher professional development. The investigation indicates that the reasons are policy regimes, school management and teachers on their own.
