摘要
高职院校必须对教学管理进行改革创新,通过打造学习型的教学管理队伍、师资队伍和班级,改革校企合作的人才培养模式、课程、教材开发等,并积极进行课程教学方式方法变革,在校企合作背景下,共同实现创新型技能人才的培养目标。
Vocational colleges have to innovate the teaching management,reform the talents training mode,curriculum,teaching material development and so on under the cooperation of schools and enterprises by creating a learning management team,teachers and classes,as well as reform the teaching methods actively. Through the above the aim of cultivating innovative and skilled talents would be accomplished.
