高职院校中层干部年度考核工作的实践与思考——以安徽国防科技职业学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 中层干部是管理工作的中间力量,做好中层干部考核工作能够有效提升干部的管理工作水平。通过对中层干部考核的基本做法及其特点的分析,发现存在干部职工对考核工作的重要性认识不足、统计工作的准确性和统计效率较低、干部考核工作轻考核结果反馈等问题,进而提出提高干部职工参与的积极性、加强对干部平时工作的监督检查、充分利用科技手段及加大干部考核结果的反馈力度等措施。 Middle- level cadres plays the corridors of power in the management of colleges,whose annual assessment work in vocational colleges has an important role in the comprehensive improvement of management work. By an analysis on the basic methods and characteristics of middle- level cadres,we could find that some faculty and staff has insufficient recognition on the importance of assessment,there exists poor accuracy and low efficiency of statistics,less stress on the feedback of assessment results in the work of cadres assessment,and so on. Some measures are put forward further such as improving the participation enthusiasm of faculty and staff,enhancing the supervision and check for the ordinary work of cadres,fully applying the technological means,paying more attention to the feedback of the assessment results,and so on.
