摘要
为了探讨大学生正念、自尊与主观幸福感之间的关系,采用五因素正念量表(FFMQ)、自尊量表(RSES)、幸福感指数量表(IWB)对448名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示:正念、自尊、总体情感指数、生活满意度、主观幸福感之间呈显著正相关(P<0.001);低、中、高不同正念得分组之间的自尊、总体情感指数、生活满意度、主观幸福感得分差异显著,依次递增;自尊在正念与主观幸福感之间起完全中介作用。由此可知,正念通过对自尊的促进作用进而提升主观幸福感。
To explore the relationship between Mindfulness,Subjective Well- being and self- esteem of college students,the paper applies the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire( FFMQ),Rosenberg Self- Esteem Scale( RSES),and Index of Well- Being( IWB) in the questionnaire survey of 448 college students. The results show as follows: There were significantly positive correlation between mindfulness,self- esteem,affect index,life satisfaction and subjective well- being( P 0. 001); The scores of self- esteem,affect index,life satisfaction and subjective well- being among different mindfulness groups were significantly different,in ascending order; Self- esteem played a completely mediating role between mindfulness and subjective well- being. Therefore,mindfulness could improve subjective well- being by its promotion of self- esteem.
