2014年中文商事仲裁研究文献综述

本研究综述旨在通过对2014年中文商事仲裁近200篇研究文献进行研读和分析，总结2014年中文商事仲裁研究的内容和特点，使读者整体了解2014年商事仲裁研究的概况。2014年商事仲裁研究内容比较丰富，继续在仲裁员、仲裁协议、仲裁程序、仲裁司法监督等传统问题上进行深入研究，同时密切关注仲裁热点问题和尝试拓展新的研究领域。2014年中文商事仲裁研究也表现出仲裁实务研究较少，研究成果对仲裁实践的指导意义有待提升等特点。

Through reading and analyzing about 200 articles concerning commercial arbitration published in 2014, this paper summaries the content and features of commercial arbitration study, so that readers get an overview of the overall study of commercial arbitration in 2014. The study has a rich content, makes a further study of convention problems, such as arbitrator, arbitration agreement, arbitration procedure and arbitration judicial supervision, concerns the hot issues, and tries to develop new areas of research. However, the study also shows characteristics of a deficient practice research, little guiding significance to practice and so on.
