摘要
现代学徒制在人才培养中具有独特的优势,研究现代学徒制中的多元主体如何达到利益共赢,从而激励各主体积极参与学徒培训具有实践意义。本文从中国式现代学徒制的现状及发展中所遇到的问题入手,通过借鉴澳大利亚和德国现代学徒制在利益共赢机制建设方面的成功经验,对企业、职业院校、政府机构以及学生等多元主体的利益共享共赢问题进行理性思考,并提出促进中国式现代学徒制发展的建议。
The paper argues that it is of practical significance for the study on how to make a win-win benefit from the dimensional subject cooperation in the modern apprenticeship to drive the subjects to take an active part in the apprentice training. The author of the paper investigates the win-win benefit of the dimensional subjects as the enterprise, the vocational college, the government concerned and the students based on the successful experience in the construction of apprenticeship in Australia and Germany and the status of apprenticeship in vocational colleges of China, and proposes some measures.
