摘要
"因材施教"是新时期新加坡政府制定各项教育政策所围绕的核心理念,基于此南洋理工学院创新了多元化综合性考核评价的精细化教学管理模式。借鉴该模式,针对我国职业教育招收的学生生源参差不齐,文化基础水平差别大的现状,文章提出"因材施考"综合考核评价管理模式,并采取考前监管和考后监控等措施,以促进职业院校教学质量得到进一步提高。
The idea of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude" is a key in Singapore for its government to draw up educational policies. The paper resorts to the idea to analyze the status of the vocational education in China and provides the idea of "competency-based examination" based on the analysis, tending to promote the teaching quality of vocational education in China.
