摘要
本文依据北美"能力本位"教学理念,在教学课堂中强调学生个别能力的培养,使用以职业核心能力与职业标准能力相符合并以学生学习为主的教材。同时在教学中注意发挥学生学习积极性,培养学生独立学习能力,做学生喜欢的课程教学。
The paper applies the competency-based teaching idea to discuss the cultivation of college students' performing ability in the piano lessons. The author contends that students' activeness in learning will be promoted to improve their performing ability.
