二元视角下中职课堂教学有效性的提升策略探究

摘要 进入新世纪以来,我国中等职业教育的规模不断扩大,改革持续深化,在质量和效益上均获得显著提升,站在了一个全新的历史起点上。然而,通过对浙江省多所中职学校的调研发现,生源基础复杂多样、课堂秩序难以维护、学生学习缺乏内在驱动力以及教师自身知识体系缺乏时代性这四大课堂教学困惑严重阻碍了课堂教学有效性的发挥。针对以上困惑,文章试图从教师和学校这二元视角出发,并结合教学实际提出针对性的改善策略,以期能为中职教学改革提供一定借鉴意义。 The scale of secondary vocational schools in China has constantly been expanded and the reform of the vocational education has continuously been deepened in recent years. Nevertheless, some developmental problems still exist. The paper investigates some secondary vocational schools in Zhejiang province and finds that there are four problems hindering the effectiveness of classroom teaching. The author of the paper, based on the ihvestigation, proposes some solutions from the perspective of teachers and schools, tending to provide some reference for the teaching reform of the secondary vocational education.
