摘要
构建高校英语专业发展的绩效评价体系对于检验学科专业建设与发展的效果具有重要的实践指导意义。高校英语专业发展的绩效评价是根据专业发展的实际需要,对特定的专业建设活动及其目标达成情况的识别、衡量和反馈的过程。高校英语专业发展绩效评价的影响因子的确定采用了关键因素分析法,对影响因子进行了分级和加权,构建了英语专业绩效评估的指标体系。
It is of great significance to assessing the quality of curricular system optimization to construct the system for performance evaluation of English-Major development. The paper analyzed and identified impact factors of the performance evaluation of English-Major development based on elaborating the connotation and practical significance of performance evaluation, and constructed the system of performance evaluation in English-Major development, ending in offering some suggestion on its application.
