多层次立体化专业指导模式在顶岗实习中的应用研究

顶岗实习中的专业指导是顶岗实习过程的重要组成部分,需要一套多层次立体化的专业指导模式,本文根据某高校顶岗实习中的专业指导工作,认为专业指导按照时间分为顶岗实习前、顶岗实习中、顶岗实习后的专业指导,按照层次分为高校、学院、实习县、实习学校的专业指导。指导模式系统化、指导内容全面化、指导形式多样化才能够保证顶岗实习中专业指导的全面性、有效性,保障顶岗实习工作顺利进行。

To find out an effective mode of professional guidance, the writers of this paper draw out the multilayered and multi-dimensional mode of professional guidance from the practical in-post teaching practice of one university. The mode includes before-in-post guidance, in-post guidance, and after-in-post guidance. The guidance comes from four layers： the university, the college, the county, the school. The guidance is systematical, comprehensive and manifold, which benefits to the in-post teaching practice. The guidance mode improved interns＇ professional quality effectively.
