复视伴头痛男性一例
A man with headache and double vision
摘要
老年男性，78岁。左眼眼眶后中重度疼痛9天，突发左眼完全性眼脸下垂伴复视。既往病史：闲右侧肾癌行右肾切除术，高血压，憩室疾病，风湿性多肌痛。目前常规服药氨氯地平10mg/天、赖诺普利5mg/天、奥美拉唑20mg／天、泼尼松龙5mg／天。
