舒适护理模式应用于大肠癌化疗患者中的临床价值

The clinical value of comfortable nursing model for colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨舒适护理模式应用于大肠癌化疗患者中的临床价值。方法选取我院2013年1月至2015年1月收治大肠癌化疗患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组100例,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予患者舒适护理模式,比较两组患者的焦虑程度、舒适度、住院天数、胃肠道反应以及生存质量评分。结果观察组舒适度明显高于对照组,焦虑度、住院天数、胃肠道反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者自觉症状、心理情绪、生理功能、日常生活、社会活动及生存质量总分均明显高于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理模式在大肠癌化疗患者中的应用,可明显改善患者负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广使用。

Objective To＇studythe clinical value of comfortable nursing model in patients with coloreetal cancer and receiving chemotherapy. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 200 cases of eolorectal cancer patients treated with chemotherapy were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into two groups, each group contained 100 cases, patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention, while the patients in observation group received comfortable nursing mode on the basis of conventional nursing care. Compared the degree of anxiety and comfort, hospitalization days, gastrointestinal reaction and quality of life scores of the two groups. Results Comfort degree of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, but the anxiety, hospitalization days, gastrointestinal tract reaction significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Self - conscious symptom, mental emotional, physiological function, daily life, social activities and quality of life scores of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of comfortable nursing mode can significantly improve negative emotions and the patient~ quality of life of colorectal cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, has high clinical value, worthy of promotion.
