干扰素联合双料喉风散治疗生殖器疱疹的临床效果观察

Observation on the clinical efficacy of interferon combined with shuang liao hou feng san in the treatment of genital herpes

目的探讨干扰素联合双料喉风散治疗生殖器疱疹的临床效果。方法收集2012年4月至2015年3月期间于我院就诊的生殖器疱疹患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组单纯干扰素治疗,观察组给予干扰素联合双料喉风散,连续10 d。随访12个月,观察两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应、各项指标变化等。结果观察组止疱时间、水疱消失时间、结痂时间及脱痂时间均较对照组明显缩短,复发次数也较对照组缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗总有效率分别为94.3%、68.6%,差异具有显著(P<0.05);观察组不良发生率8.6%,与对照组的11.4%基本相当,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论干扰素联合双料喉风散能够明显减轻生殖器疱疹患者的临床症状,缩短愈合时间,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of interferon combined with shuang liao hou feng san in the treatment of genital herpes. Methods During April 2012 and March 2015, 70 cases of patients with genital herpes in our hospital were collected as research objective, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in each group. Patients in control group received the treatment of interferon only, however, patients in observation group were given interferon combined with shuang liao hou feng san, the treatment lasted for 10 days. The patients of the two groups were followed - up of 12 months to observe the therapeutic effect, adverse reactions and the change of indicators. Results The tine the blister stopped increasing, blister disappear time, scabby time and scab off time of observation group were significantly shortened, recurrence rate less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Total effective rate of the two groups were 94.3% and 68.6% respectively, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Adverse effect rate of observation group was 8.6%, and it was ll. 4% in the control group, there was no statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Interferon combined with Shuang liao hou feng san can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with genital herpes, shorten the healing time, it is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
