单孔腹腔镜手术与传统腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效对比研究

Comparison on clinical efficacy of single port laparoscopic surgery and conventional laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy

目的比较单孔腹腔镜手术与传统腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院收治的异位妊娠患者的临床病历资料,其中行单孔腹腔镜手术的病例为观察组(37例),行传统腹腔镜手术的病例为对照组(75例)。比较两组的临床相关指标及术后并发症情况。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者手术时间、术后排气时间及住院总费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.41%,对照组10.67%,两组发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后3个月腹壁切口美容满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单孔腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠具有出血量少、术后恢复快,并发症少且兼具微创、美观的特点,可作为手术治疗异位妊娠时的首选术式。

Objective To comparison the clinical efficacy of single port laparoscopic surgery and conventional laparoscopie surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy, to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods The data of patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, patients in observation group （37 cases ） underwent single port laparoscopic surgery while control group （75 cases） were treated by conventional laparoscopic surgery. Clinical related indexes and postoperative complications in two groups were conducted. Results The amount of bleeding during the operation in observation group was less than that in control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no statistical significance on operative time, postoperative exhaust time and total hospitalization costs between observation group and control group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The incidence of complications in observation group was 5.41% while it was 10.67% of control group, there was no statistical significance between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The satisfaction score about abdominal wall wound beauty in observation group was higher than that in control group 3 months after surgery, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Single port laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy has characteristics of less bleeding, rapid recovery postoperative, less complication, minimally invasive and beauty, which can be used as the first choice in treating ectopic pregnancy.
