优质护理服务在输尿管结石围手术期的效果分析

Effect of high quality nursing service in the perioperative period of ureteral calculi

目的探讨优质护理服务模式在输尿管结石围手术期患者中的护理效果。方法选取本院2012年1月至2015年1月收治的200例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象,采取随机分配的方式分为对照组与观察组各100例,其中对照组采取常规护理的方法;观察组则在此基础上,采取优质护理服务,比较分析两组患者的满意度、平均住院天数、基础护理落实率。结果观察组患者总满意率为89.0%,明显高于对照组48.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过1年的对比研究,观察组在优质护理干预措施下,疾病知晓率、遵医行为率均高于对照组,两组具有显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率明显低于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在输尿管结石围手术期患者的护理中,运用优质护理服务,可以有效提高患者满意度,降低复发率,因此具有较高的临床推广意义。

Objective To investigate the nursing effect of high quality nursing service mode for patients with ureteral calculi. Methods 200 cases of ureteral calculi patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group was treated with excellent quality nursing service. The satisfaction rate, the average hospitalized time and practicable rate of basic nursing of two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 89.0% , significantly higher than the control group （48%）, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The disease awareness rate and compliance behavior rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions In nursing care of patients with ureteral calculi, the use of high quality nursing service can effectively improve patient~ satisfaction, reduce the recurrence rate, so it has a high clinical significance.
