多路径推进低碳绿色新型城镇化发展研究

On the Development of New Urbanization of Low Carbon Green with Multiple Path

走新型城镇化道路是解决我国城镇化建设中存在问题的有效途径,它是以可持续发展为主要特征的城镇发展模式。笔者基于新型城镇化前提,对如何推动地区发展变得更加环保低碳做出了讨论,阐述了绿色低碳经济是新型城镇化发展的必然趋势,并从低碳理念视角出发,提出了新型城镇化发展的多种路径,进而对各种路径的前景进行了展望,提出要坚持走一条适合新型城镇化的低污染、低能耗、高效率的低碳绿色化发展道路。

Taking the new urbanization path is an effective way to solve the problems in China＇s urbanization construction,which is the main feature of the sustainable development of urban development model.The paper based on the premise of the new town,on how to promote regional development become more environmentally friendly low carbon were discussed and explained the green low-carbon economy is the inevitable trend of the development of new urbanization,and from the perspective of low carbon concept proposed a variety of new urbanization development path,and in a variety of paths to prospect,and puts forward to adhere to a suitable new urbanization of low pollution,low energy consumption,high efficiency of low carbon green development path.
