摘要
为了检测低聚糖硫酸酯与右旋糖酐硫酸酯2种多糖对家兔的眼刺激性,评价其安全性,试验采用同体左右侧眼珠自身对比法,以生理盐水为对照,将不同浓度的两种多糖溶液滴入家兔眼睛,每天用药3次,连续使用7 d。参照国家食品药监局颁布的眼刺激反应评分标准计算其总分值,评价2种多糖对家兔的眼刺激性。结果表明,2种多糖不同浓度给药组和对照组眼刺激反应平均分值均为0,表明2种多糖对家兔眼睛均无刺激性,临床使用安全。
Stimulation test of the oligosaccharide sulfate and dextran sulfate on dairy cow were did on rabbit eyes in order to provide a foundation for further clinical application of the two polysaccharides. The rabbits were tested for stimulation on eyes with intraindividual left/right self comparison method. Different concentrations solution of two polysaccharides and physiological saline were used three times a day for seven days. According to the scoring stand published by State Food and Drug Administration to calculate the overall score, stimulation of two kinds of polysaccharides on rabbit eyes were evaluated. The results showed that the average score of all groups was 0. That is to say, these two kinds of polysaccharides have no stimulation on rabbit eyes and are safe for clinical use.
