摘要
为优化地锦草颗粒成型工艺,以颗粒的成型率、硬度、水分含量为考察指标,采用正交试验对影响地锦草颗粒一步制粒过程的因素进行考察。最佳工艺条件为:浸膏相对密度为1.20,喷雾速度为500 m L/min,雾化压力为0.4 MPa,进风温度为80℃。该工艺合理可行,适用于工业化生产。
The one step granulation process of Euphorbia humifusa granula was optimized by orthogonal test using produce ratio,solidity, water content as evaluation indexes. The proper technology was as follows: the relative density was 1.20, spraying speed was 500 m L·min^(-1), atomization pressure was 0.4 MPa, inlet air temperature was 80 ℃. The process was reasonable, feasible and suitable for industrial production.
