Logistics Process Planning and Emergency Dynamic Regulatory Mechanism for Large Sport Event

本文以大型体育赛事物流为研究对象,介绍大型体育赛事物流流程规划内容,分析了赛事物流的流程规划的影响因素及风险规避问题。研究了大型体育赛事交通物流的优化措施、应急动态调控机制,对大型体育赛事顺利开展和赛事物流管理及风险规避具有一定理论指导意义。

Based on large sport events logistics, this paper introduced the logistics process planning contents for large-scale sports events; analyzed various subjective and objective factors and risk aversion; presented optical measures of sport events logistic process, and related dynamic emergency adjustment mechanism. The findings of this research could provide practical theoretical guidance for sport event logistic management.
