摘要
以不同浓度NAA处理紫叶矮樱枝条,以同一浓度处理枝条不同部位,试验扦插后的效果。结果表明,与对照相比,50 mg/L NAA溶液促进生根效果最好,生根率高,根多,根长;以枝条中部作插穗生根效果最佳。
The results showed that compared with the control,the 50 mg/L NAA treatment had the best significant effects on the rooting percentage,root number,and new root length of cuttings of Prunusxcistena.The cuttings of middle branches had the highest rooting ability than the base and the tip branches.
