摘要
将自由活塞斯特林发动机与直线发电机耦合,构成自由活塞斯特林发电机.分析了该发电机的系统结构和运行机理,建立了自由活塞斯特林发电机的质量-弹簧-阻尼系统模型.利用力多边形方法对自由活塞斯特林发电机的动力活塞和配气活塞进行了动力学分析,在力多边形图上可以直观地看出自由活塞斯特林发电机的受力情况以及位移或压力相位角之间的关系,并利用示功三角形表征了压缩功和膨胀功.此外,还对直线发电机的输出特性进行了研究,推导了输出功率的计算公式.研究表明,通过调节负载参数,可以控制自由活塞斯特林发电机的输出功率.
Free-piston Stirling generator was composed of free-piston Stirling engine and linear generator.The system structure and the operation mechanism of free-piston Stirling generator were analyzed,and a mass-spring-damper model was built.Based on the force polygon method,the dynamic analysis on piston and displacer of free-piston Stirling generator was taken.The forces on free-piston Stirling generator and the phase shift between displacement and pressure wave were obtained directly on the force polygon diagram.Triangular indicator diagrams were used to indicate the power in compression space and expansion space respectively.Besides,the output characteristics of linear generator were studied,and the calculation method for the linear generator output power was developed.The study shows that the output power can be adjusted by changing the parameters of the load.
