摘要
本文所述内容为空冷发电机的风扇改型做相关技术准备。文中对空冷系列汽轮发电机轴流风扇的结构特征进行阐述,采用ANSYS CFX软件完成150MW空冷汽轮发电机的风扇特性数值分析;提出新的叶轮方案以达到发电机优化设计当中减小冷却风量、降低风扇功耗的目的。此外对叶轮下游配置导叶栅的方案也进行了讨论。
This paper describles the structural features of axial fan of air cooling turbogenerator in terms of numerical simulation and analysis of characteristics of the fan for 150 MW generator by using ANSYS CFX software. An appropriate impeller design scheme is proposed for decreasing cooling airflow and fan shaft power. In addition,a scheme of the OGV at impeller downstream is discussed. The analysis presented in the paper offers a technology support for the fan improvement of air cooling generator series in the future.
