摘要 介绍1 750 MW核电装抽转子工艺方案和工艺装备,从方案确定、装备设计、试验验证等角度分析了装抽转子工艺装备的研制过程,说明了重要部件的设计原理,总结性地阐述了该工艺方案和工艺装备研制工作的特点、难点和要点。 This paper briefly describes the processing scheme and equipment for installing rotor of 1750 MW nuclear generator, which includes planning, designing of the equipment and testing for verification. And then the paper introduces the design principles of important parts. Characteristics, difficulties and key aspects of the development are also given. The processing scheme developed by the company is considered to be at the state-of-the-art level for reference of similar projects.
