摘要
介绍内燃机车用轴流涡轮增压器中的整铸涡轮结构特点,找到增压器从分体涡轮变为整体涡轮时需要优化的结构特征。通过ANSYS软件进行强度优化设计和整铸涡轮的超速爆裂试验结果对结构的再优化,整体涡轮结构在可靠性方面得到提高。
The paper introduces the block cast turbine structure of diesel locomotive's axial-flow turbocharger and finds the structure feature of turbocharger whose turbine changes from fission to integral. The structure is re-optimized through strength optimized design by ANSYS software and overspeed burst test results of block cast turbine, which improves the reliability of integral turbocharger structure.
