摘要
在追踪和分析国外间冷回热技术在航空发动机领域应用的基础上,根据国内研究现状,对间冷器和回热器进行了模拟实验研究。初步拟定了间冷回热发动机总体结构方案,并将此结构方案建立为电子样机。总结了间冷回热发动机中各部件、系统,以及特有的间冷器管路系统和回热器管路系统的布局规律。通过样机建模,初步掌握了间冷回热发动机总体结构方案设计特点,探索了各部件、系统的布局,为间冷回热发动机的进一步研究积累了经验。
Based on the tracking and analysis of the application of intercooled recuperated technology onaero-engine overseas, according to the domestic research status, experiment research of intercooler and re-cuperator was carried out. The general structure of the intercooled recuperated aero-engine was primarilystudied and built as digital mock-up. The layout rules of components, systems, and special intercooler pipe-line and recuperator pipeline were summarized. By building the mock-up, the characteristics of project de-sign for the intercooled recuperated aero-engine were grasped, and the layout of components and systemswere explored, which provide a basement for the optimization of engineering design.
