摘要
公共图书馆员工作满意度是调动馆员工作积极性的关键依据。本文利用扎根理论的研究方法,通过对省、市、区三级公共图书馆员的访谈,考察影响馆员工作满意度的因素,并构建主要范畴模型。研究表明,馆员应进行自我培养和调节,从内部归因和工作本身、工作回报、工作环境、管理水平等外部因素提升工作满意度。
Public librarians' job satisfaction is the key basis for librarians' motivation. The grounded theory is used in this paper to study the influential factors of librarians' job satisfaction and build the main category model through the interview with librarians in the three-levels libraries,the provincial library,municipal library and district library. The study shows that librarians should develop self-adjustment ability from internal attributing and promote their job satisfaction through the external factors of work itself,work rewards,work environment,management level and etc.
