摘要 为了制定更合理的发电机内冷水停用保护及清洗预膜措施,对发电机线棒主要材质TU2无氧铜的腐蚀及防护技术进行了研究;利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对氧化前后的TU2无氧铜样品微观表面形貌进行了观察和分析,对2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)在不同氧化程度的TU2无氧铜表面的吸附情况做了研究。利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICAP)测定了清洗液中的铜离子含量得出了各自的腐蚀速率;结果表明TU2无氧铜在潮湿环境下会发生腐蚀,氢氧化钠溶液能使TU2无氧铜发生氧化,氧化程度将影响2-巯基苯并噻唑在其表面的吸附情况。综合实验情况可知发电机在停用期间定子冷却水系统应进行除湿、充惰性气体等保护工作,2-巯基苯并噻唑能在经氢氧化钠溶液的预处理的TU2无氧铜上能形成更完整的保护膜,有利于防止腐蚀的发生。 In order to develop more reasonable protective measures ,TU2 oxygen-free copper corrosion and protec- tion technology were studied. TU2 oxygen-free copper sample microscopic surface morphology were analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The adsorption of MBT in different oxidation degree of TU2 oxygen-free coppe was studied.The copper ion content in Cleaning fluid was determined using ICAP. Use of these data, corrosion rate is calculated. Results showed that the TU2 oxygen-free copper corrosion will happen in a damp environment. Sodium hydroxide solution can make TU2 oxy- gen-free copper oxide. Degree of oxidation affect MBT adsorption on the surface. Generator stator cooling water system should be protected during outage.Treated with sodium hydroxide solution of copper, MBT can form more complete protective film which is beneficial to prevent corrosion.
