绿色阻垢剂对循环水的混凝效果的影响研究

摘要 通过实验研究了火电厂循环水中绿色阻垢剂对混凝剂混凝效果的影响以及阻垢剂的阻垢性能。实验主要研究的绿色阻垢剂是PASP和PESA,通过加入不同量的阻垢剂研究混凝时的沉降速度,矾花大小,以及上清液浊度,沉降速度、水的浊度和颜色等指标判断混凝效果。另外采用国家标准方法碳酸钙沉积法对聚天冬氨酸的阻垢效果进行实验研究。分别研究绿色阻垢剂在不同浓度、温度、p H值下,根据对循环水的阻垢率、处理后的硬度、碱度等指标判断阻垢效果。将PESA、PASP和MA-AA、HEDP进行正交复配,通过测其复配物的阻垢率,筛选出两组合适配比。 This article studied on the department of green scale inhibitors'effect on coagulation when circulating sewage water recovery in power plant and on anti-scaling performance of green scale inhibitor .PASP and PESA are mainly studied in this experiment. The green scale inhibitors'effect on coagulation is studied through these indicators such as the settling velocity, the alum size and the supernatant turbidity by adding different amounts of inhibitors. The scale inhibitor performance is studied using calcium carbonate deposition .Then the experiment research on the effect of temperature, pH and dosage. The combination of four agents PASP,PESA,MA-AA,HEDP is studied by orthogonal experimental to find the optimum proportion.
