摘要
对某300MW机组高压给水管道支吊架的冷、热态检查发现其部分管段竖直向热膨胀位移为零,经过管道应力计算确定了管道热膨胀受阻对管系安全的巨大危害,通过设计资料查询核对及吊架选型计算,确定了位移异常的原因为两组恒力吊架选型过大,最终通过更换合适的恒力吊架,使得管道热膨胀位移正常,有效的保证了机组的安全运行。
For 300 MW unit high pressure feed water pipe support and hanger cold and hot state examination revealed some of its tube vertical section to thermal expansion displacement is zero, through a pipeline stress calculation to determine the pipeline thermal expansion blocked the huge harm on the tube, through the design of data query check and a hanger type selection calculation to determine the abnormal displacement due to two groups of constant force hanger selection is too large, ultimately through constant force hanger for a suitable replacement, the pipeline thermal expansion displacement of normal, effectively guarantee the safe operation of the unit.
